Most repairs in one visit
Our engineers carry common wheels, bearings, gearbox parts, photocells and electrical spares, so the majority of faults are diagnosed and fixed in a single visit.
If we can identify it, we can repair it
Legacy systems no longer made are still our specialism. We fabricate, source or substitute parts for systems installed 20–30+ years ago — far cheaper than replacement.

+Do you repair all brands of mobile shelving?
Yes — Bruynzeel, Compactus, Rackline, Forster, Dexion, Probe, Link 51, Lyon and most legacy systems. If we can identify it, we can usually repair it.
+How quickly can you respond?
We aim to respond to emergency call-outs within 24–48 hours UK-wide, with same-day response in many regions. Service-contract customers get priority response.
+What's the most common fault?
Worn or damaged wheels and bearings, jammed handle gearboxes, mis-aligned rails, broken anti-tip mechanisms, and on powered systems: photocell faults, drive-belt failures and control board issues. We carry common spares.
+Can you repair systems no longer made?
Usually yes. We fabricate or source equivalent parts for legacy systems including older Bruynzeel, Forster and Dexion installations.
